Shimla, Nov. 27 -- Winter tightened its grip on Himachal Pradesh on Thursday, with high-altitude regions witnessing a sharp rise in temperatures. According to the Meteorological Centre, Shimla, Tabo in Lahaul-Spiti recorded the lowest minimum temperature in the state at minus 7.3degC, making it the coldest location for the second consecutive day.
The past 24-hour temperature summary in the bulletin shows that minimum temperatures across many stations ranged from minus 7degC to 10degC, with several locations remaining below normal by 2-4 degrees.
