Shimla, April 30 -- Amid rising concerns over the poor quality of construction material and agricultural products being supplied under various rural development schemes, the Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Department has initiated a move to ensure strict quality control.
A notification has been issued recently to invite bids from UGC-accredited universities and certified laboratories for quality testing of rural development materials, including fertilizers, biofertilizers, and Him Ira-branded food and wellness products.
