Shimla, Oct. 6 -- The Himachal High Court has granted anticipatory bail to Una SDM Vishwa Mohan Dev Chauhan, who is facing alleged rape charges.
The court has ordered the SDM to join the police investigation. The next hearing in the case will be held on October 16.
A status report regarding the investigation will be presented to the court on that day.
The court heard both sides before granting bail to the SDM today (October 6). Vishwa Mohan Dev was subsequently granted bail.
