Shimla, Jan. 12 -- The High court of Himachal Pradesh has restrained a Nahan-based Congress leader Kapil Garg from uploading or circulating any content on social media against former Vidhan Sabha Speaker and BJP state president Dr Rajiv Bindal during the pendency of a defamation suit against former.
The interim order was passed by a single bench of of Justice Sushil Kukreja, restraining the defendant Garg also known as Monty Garg, from circulating, publishing or posting articles, news items or any material concerning Dr Bindal on Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter or any other social media and media platforms.
