Shimla, Dec. 4 -- Himachal Pradesh High Court today reserved its order on the bail application of senior IAS officer and former Managing Director of Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd. (HPPCL), Harikesh Meena, who is facing investigation in the alleged abetment-to-suicide case of HPPCL Chief Engineer Vimal Negi.
A single bench of Justice Virender Singh heard extensive arguments from the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), the complainant, and the petitioner before deciding to reserve the matter for orders. Court proceedings confirm that arguments were concluded and the case diary (Vol. 1) has been retained, marking the completion of the hearing stage .
