Shimla, Nov. 13 -- Himachal Pradesh High Court on Wednesday deferred the hearing regarding the establishment of a Human Rights Commission, Lokayukta, Lokpal and the Human Rights Court in this hill state, in the first week of March, 2020. The court passed the order, after observing that the state government has initiated steps regarding constitution of the Human Rights Commission by issuing letter to the Registrar Generals of various High Courts, inviting applications for the appointment of Chairperson and Members of Human Rights Commission and publishing advertisements in the newspapers in this regard.
