Dharamshala, Feb. 1 -- Himachal Pradesh Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla and Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu have expressed grief over the demise of former Minister Kishan Kapoor who died at PGI Chandigarh on Saturday.

The Governor said Kishan Kapoor was a dedicated leader and worked tirelessly for the welfare of the people of Himachal Pradesh. His contribution to the progress of the state will always be remembered. He extended his deepest condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for their strength in this difficult hour.
