Shimla, March 23 -- Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu Monday informed the State Assembly that the government is considering outsourcing catering services in rest houses across the state to improve facilities for guests.
Intervening during Question Hour, the Chief Minister said the move is being explored as several rest houses currently lack proper catering arrangements, causing inconvenience to visitors. He was responding to concerns raised by MLA Kewal Singh Pathania regarding the functioning of these facilities.
