Shimla, July 8 -- The Himachal Pradesh government has directed the State Pollution Control Board (HPSPCB) to immediately upload the immovable property returns (IPRs) of all its employees on its official website, following a citizen complaint over lack of transparency.
The Department of Environment, Science, Technology & Climate Change (EST&CC) issued the instructions after reviewing the complaint, which pointed out that the board neither published the IPRs online nor provided the details under the Right to Information Act, 2005.
