Shimla, Sept. 11 -- After taking the oath as the 27th Governor of Himachal Pradesh, former Union minister Bandaru Dattatreya on Wednesday said that he wanted to develop high-end tourism link between people of North & South India while serving as the state Governor.

Talking to media personnel, here at Rajbhavan, Mr Dattatreya, said, "It would be my top priority to link people of North and South India through tourism."

The railway, transport service and hospitality industry would be improved, he added.

The Governor stated that both states of Himachal Pradesh and Telangana would develop a blue print how the two states could develop tourism and establish a new tourists circuit between South-North in the country.
