Shimla, April 22 -- Himachal Pradesh Electricity Board volleyball team has etched its name in the annals of sports history by clinching the gold medal at the 46th All India Electricity Sports Control Board Volleyball Championship held in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
The championship, organized at Shivaji University Ground from April 17 to 19, witnessed a stellar performance by the HP team as they defeated Punjab in the final match in straight sets (3-0).
Led by Captain Abhishek Soni, the team showcased exceptional coordination and skill throughout the
tournament.
Key contributions came from standout players Suresh, Rohit and Nikhil.
