Shimla, April 24 -- The Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee (HPCC) has postponed its April 26 'Save the Constitution' (Samvidhan Bachao) rally in Shimla, citing the recent terrorist attack in J&K's Pahalgam.
According to an official circular from HPCC, the decision was taken in view of the tragic circumstances and as a mark of respect for the innocent lives lost. State Congress president and former MP Pratibha Singh said the move reflects solidarity with the victims of the attack.
