Shimla, Feb. 23 -- The Budget session of the state Assembly was likely to remain stormy, in the wake of a large number of causalities due to COVID-19, crushing down of farmer movements against the three Agricultural laws by the Centre and the recent record hike of fuel prices in the state and country.

Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Speaker Vipin Singh Parmar decided to convene an all-party meeting in his chamber at the Vidhan Sabha Secretariat at 1100 hrs on February 25.

The meeting, scheduled to start at 1100 hrs, will be attended by Leader of Opposition Mr Mukesh Agnihotri, Parliamentary affairs Minister Mr Suresh Bhardwaj, chief Vidhan Sabha Whip Mr Narendra Bragta, CPI(M) member Mr Rakesh Singha, and Independent MLAs in the meeting.
