Shimla, July 16 -- Himachal Pradesh Council of Ministers (COMs) on Tuesday decided to convened 11 days Budget Session of Himachal Pradesh Assembly from August 19 to 31, an official statement here said.
As the Assembly is in sine die for a long time, the COMs decided to extend the number of sitting from five to 11 so that members could raise their issues in the House.
Currently Assembly have 66 MLAs. Two sitting Member have been elected to Lok Sabha and recently resigned as member of Himachal Assembly.
Byelection is likely to be announced to fill up the two vacant seat of Dharamshala and Pachhad Assembly segment.
