Solan, June 10 -- Haryana BJP president Mohanlal Badauli's troubles do not seem to be ending. A rape case against the BJP leader has been reopened.
The complainant had alleged that she has not got justice and she will take her battle to its logical end.
Notably, the case was closed after the Cancellation Report (CR) in the court following lack of evidence in the rape case registered in police station Kasauli against Badauli and Rocky Mittal.
However, the case has now been challenged by the complainant in the session court.
The complainant's lawyer filed a revision in this on Tuesday urging the court to initiate needed legal proceedings.
After this, the court has fixed the next date of hearing on July 7, for further course of action.
