Solan, Dec. 30 -- The police investigation into the missing bones -ashes at the Chambaghat crematorium has established that ashes were not stolen, last week.
The police investigation found that this incident was not the result of theft or malicious intent, but rather a human error.
Superintendent of Police Gaurav Singh said that during the police investigation, the cremation registers at the Chambaghat crematorium were reviewed and CCTV footage from the site was thoroughly examined. The complainant's brother, Rajiv Pal, was also called to the scene, and the statement of the other party, Pranav Ghosh, son of P.K. Ghosh, was also recorded.
