Shimla, Dec. 9 -- Political tensions within the Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee intensified on Monday after former party Una MLA Satpal Raizada launched a sharp attack on Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri as well as BJP MLA Satpal Satti.

His remarks have widened the visible fissures within the ruling party at a time when the organisation is undergoing restructuring under its newly elected state president. Speaking to the media, Raizada questioned the Deputy Chief Minister's recent statement given in response to a query on law and order.
