HP: BJP to announce candidates for 4 LS seats; likely to retain two contenders

Shimla, March 23 -- The BJP will announce candidates for four Lok Sabha constituencies in Himachal Pradesh on Saturday, a senior party source said here.

Himachal Pradesh BJP election Coordinating Committee in-charge HN Kashayap told UNI that the party's decision is likely to be announced by Union Health Minister Jagat Prakesh Nadda this afternoon.

The hill state has four Lok Sabha seats and all are represented by the BJP.

Mr Kashyap said that on Thursday the ruling party had announced 146 candidates, while the names of four LS seats from the state is likely to be announced by this noon.
