Shimla, Feb. 3 -- The Himachal Pradsesh Education department has directed that all winter-closing schools reopening after the winter vacations must begin academic activities from the very first day, without any delay.
According to official instructions, schools scheduled to reopen on February 12, 2026, must ensure that teaching-learning processes start promptly to make full use of instructional time.
In a circular issued by the Directorate of School Education, it has been emphasized that no time should be wasted after reopening and that schools must be fully functional from day one.
