Shimla, Feb. 8 -- A man died in a road accident in Rajgarh sub-division of Sirmaur district on Wednesday night.
A car plunged into a drain on the Dhamla Taparoli road in Pajhauta Valley, as per the district disaster management authority.
The car driver died in the accident. Yoginder Singh, a 32-year-old resident of Pain Kufar, was fatally injured in an accident.
According to the information received, the Maruti car driver lost control and fell into a deep drain near Painkufar village at around 8 pm, resulting in the death of the only person involved.
A police team arrived at the scene and took the body into custody. After a post-mortem at Civil Hospital Rajgarh, it was handed over to the family members.
