Jammu, May 10 -- Just hours after India and Pakistan agreed to a ceasefire on Saturday, reports came in of unprovoked shelling by Pakistan along the International Border (IB) and the Line of Control (LoC) across the Jammu region.
Official sources here said that as per reports, Pakistan resorted to shelling in parts of Jammu region hours after both the neighbours agreed to a ceasefire.
"According to reports, Pakistan resorted to unprovoked shelling by firing artillery and small arms in R S Pura, Akhnoor, Pargwal (IB) and Naushera, Chhamb and Sunderbani areas (LoC)," they said.
They added that reports of small arms firing are also pouring in from the Samba sector.
