Shillong, July 3 -- A local court here in Meghalaya today extended the judicial custody of the three co-accused in the murder of Indore-based businessman Raja Raghuvanshi till July 16 as their 14 days judicial custody ended.

The trio - Vishal Chauhan, Akash Rajput and Anand Kurmi - were accused of hacking Raja to death near Wei Sawdong falls parking lot in Sohra, one of the popular tourist destinations in Meghalaya, on May 23 allegedly at the behest of his newlywed wife Sonam Raghuvanshi.

The couple from Indore in Madhya Pradesh was on their honeymoon trip to Sohra when the crime took place.
