Aizawl, Nov. 5 -- Election officials in Mizoram have begun home voting for elderly and disabled electors in the run-up to the November 11 bye-election to the Dampa Assembly constituency in Mamit district, bordering Bangladesh, officials from the Chief Electoral Officer's (CEO) office said on Wednesday.

Four specially constituted home voting teams set out from the Mamit district election office in the morning after receiving final instructions from election officer Lalnunfela Chawngthu, who briefed them on their duties and responsibilities.
