New York, Sept. 2 -- Hitesh Chauhan, represented India at the US Open Junior Championships 2025 in New York. Chauhan qualified for the main draw after strong performances in the qualifying rounds, but bowed out after defeat to the USA's Jerrid Gaines Jr.

Hitesh who trains at the Roundglass Tennis Academy in Punjab has already established himself as one of the top junior players from India. He is currently ranked World No. 75 on the ITF Junior Rankings and has steadily built a reputation for his grit and discipline. Earlier this year, he also marked a career milestone at the French Open 2025, reaching the second round of the Boys' Singles category.
