Patna, July 27 -- Bihar Rural Works Minister and senior JD(U) leader Ashok Choudhary claimed today that, with a historic transformation, the state has set a new benchmark in healthcare under the "dynamic and visionary" leadership of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
