Chennai, Dec. 11 -- Awakening of Hindus would suffice for the smooth resolving of thelighting of Deepam atop the Tiruparankudrarn hills, one of the six abodes of Lord Murugaand that the RSS would not escalate the row as the matter was sub-judice as the rulingDMK in Tamil Nadu has approached the Supreme Court seeking to quash the MaduraiBench of Madras High Court order directing lighting of Deepam at the stone pillar.
This was stated by Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Chief Mohan Bhagwat onWednesday at an event held at Tiruchy in which senior BJP leader H Raja also tookpart.
Stating that the the matter was currently sub-judice, Mr Bhagwat said it should beescalated to the National level.
