Bilaspur, April 21 -- A big case of alleged fraud in the name of buying and selling of second-hand vehicles has come to light in Bilaspur district with the registration of a criminal case against a businessman.
An alleged vehicle seller defrauded the. buyer of ab.out Rs 14 lakh by selling the stolen car on the basis of a fake number plate, wrong chassis and engine number and fake RC. The matter came to light when police investigation revealed that the vehicle was stolen.
