Kangra, June 18 -- Accusing the Himachal Pradesh Congress government of targeting opposition leaders BJP's state vice-president Pawan Kajal today demanded the immediate withdrawal of criminal cases against party leaders.
Alleging that the state government was trying to "suppress the voices of the poor", Kajal said the cases filed against state BJP chief Rajiv Bindal and MLA Sukhram Chaudhary should be withdrawn without delay.
He also thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and BJP National President JP Nadda for approving Rs 2006.40 crore in relief funds under the NDRF for Himachal Pradesh.
