Dharamshala, Sept. 28 -- Chairman of Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC) and Cabinet-rank Minister R.S. Bali today said that the Tourism Department will actively promote Himachal's folk art and culture to give tourists a closer experience of the state's rich heritage.
As part of this initiative, Bali directed that Kangra paintings created by Sharmila Sharma, Assistant Professor at Dharamshala College, will be displayed in HPTDC hotels across the state.
