Dharamshala, Feb. 18 -- The picturesque Boh Valley in the Dharakandi area of Shahpur in Kangra district is set to emerge as Himachal Pradesh's first dedicated trout hub, marking a new chapter in tourism-linked livelihood generation and rural economic empowerment.
Located around 25 km from Shahpur, Boh Valley is renowned for its pristine natural beauty, cascading streams, snow-clad mountains and lush green forests.
Famous for the scenic Khabru Waterfall, the valley has long been a paradise for nature lovers and tourists. Now, it is poised to carve out a new identity in trout production alongside eco-tourism.
