Shimla, Oct. 12 -- Himachal Pradesh's ambitious digital governance campaign has achieved a remarkable milestone, delivering a record 22.78 lakh citizen services through the e-District Portal in 2024-the highest figure recorded so far.
Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said here today that the initiative reflects his government's commitment to making administration more accessible, transparent, and efficient by enabling citizens to access government facilities from their homes.
Digital transformation remains a key focus area. In 2023, around 14.97 lakh services were delivered online, while in 2025, the figure has already crossed 15 lakh, with expectations of further growth in the remaining months.
