Bilaspur (HP), Sept. 20 -- Himachal Pradesh Minister of Urban Planning, Housing, Technical Education, Vocational and Industrial Training Rajesh Dharmani said the state, which was ranked 21st in education, has now reached number 3 due to government's efforts.
The Ministry of Education's National Achievement Survey (NAS) 2025 showed a different ranking, with Punjab and Kerala at the top, while the minister's claim could be based on overall literacy rates, which Himachal Pradesh recently achieved.
