Bilaspur, Dec. 31 -- People of Ghumarwin area of Bilaspur have welcomed the decision of the state government to open a Digital University along with two huge commercial complexes in Ghumarwin. Town and Country Planning Minister Rajesh Dharmani on Wednesday expressed his gratitude to Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu for taking these two major decisions for the Ghumarwin assembly constituency.
He said that the establishment of a digital university and two commercial complexes in the Ghumarwin assembly constituency will give a new impetus to the development of the region. Dharmani represents Ghumarwing in the state assembly on Congress party ticket.
