Shimla, Oct. 13 -- The CITU-affiliated MNREGA and Construction Workers Union, Mandi District Committee, Himachal Pradesh, has decided to launch a public relations campaign from November 1 in villages over the demands of MNREGA workers and the non-release of financial assistance from the State Labour Welfare Board for the past four years. Block-level meetings will be held prior to the campaign.
