New Delhi/Shimla, Feb. 21 -- Intensifying its campaign against the discontinuation of the Revenue Deficit Grant (RDG), the Himachal Pradesh Council of Ministers met the All India Congress Committee (AICC) parliamentary leadership in New Delhi and urged the party to raise the issue of the discontinuation of the RDG in the ongoing Budget Session of Parliament.
