Shimla, April 1 -- In a landmark decision, the Himachal Pradesh High Court on Tuesday struck down the SS Sukhu government's decision to provide re-employment to. Pradeep Sharma as Director of Animal Husbandry for flouting established rules.
The ruling, delivered by a division bench comprising Justices Tarlok Singh Chauhan and Sushil Kukreja, saidthe re-employment granted to Sharma on January 2 was illegal as it violated the mandatory provisions of Chapter 22 of the Handbook on Personnel Matters.
