Shimla, Dec. 3 -- The Himachal Pradesh High Court has dismissed a petition filed by a group of Mata Chintpurni Temple workers seeking regularisation of their services after having completed more than eight years or 240 days of work annually on a daily-wage pattern.
The employees, serving as Langar Sevadars, Mandir Sevadars, electricians and other support staff, had approached the court challenging the Commissioner-cum-Deputy Commissioner Una's order dated July 4, 2022, which had rejected their representation for regularisation.
