Shimla, Dec. 31 -- In a major relief to a retiring engineer, the Himachal Pradesh High Court has directed the Public Works Department (PWD) to complete his promotion process to the post of Executive Engineer before December 31, 2025, ensuring that no prejudice is caused to the petitioner at the fag end of his service.
The order was passed by Justice Sandeep Sharma while allowing a writ petition filed by him.
