Shimla, Nov. 1 -- On the recommendation of the Himachal Pradesh High Court, Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla has approved the appointment of two Additional District and Sessions Judges in the state. A notification to this effect was issued by the Home Department on October 30, 2025.
According to the official notification, the appointments have been made under Clause (1) of Article 233 of the Constitution of India.
