Shimla, Oct. 23 -- The HPTDC (Himachal Pradesh tourism development corporation) has decided to give forty per cent discount to its customers in its hotels as winter discount from November 1st to December 20th.
However, the discounts will not be available during the Lavi and Renuka fairs in Rampur from November 11th to 15th, and in Renuka from November 1st to 5th.
The Tourism Development Corporation has announced this special offer to attract tourists this winter. The state receives a good influx of tourists during the winter. This offer is expected to further boost domestic tourism. Tourism Corporation officials say this scheme will encourage tourists to enjoy the state's natural beauty during the off-season.
