Shimla, July 16 -- Even after rushing to appoint a Chairperson and Member to the Himachal Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HP RERA), the Sukhu government faced another judicial setback today when the High Court stayed its decision to shift the RERA office from Shimla to Dharamshala.

A division bench of Chief Justice G.S. Sandhawalia and Justice Ranjan Sharma, which was hearing connected PILs on RERA appointments and the extension of Chief Secretary Prabodh Saxena, granted an interim stay on the proposed relocation.
