Solan, April 5 -- Health and Family Welfare, Social Justice and Empowerment,and Soldier Welfare Minister Colonel Dr. Dhaniram Shandil today said that the state government is committed to providing better healthcare facilities to the people of Himachal Pradesh by incorporating state-of-the-art technology in the health sector.
Addressing the gathering after inaugurating the NGO Shandil Indira Samiti Trough Empowering Region (SISTER) and a medical and blood donation camp here, Dr. Shandil said that the state government will invest more than Rs 3,000 crore for technological upgradation in all medical colleges and health institutions in the state so that people have access to world-class healthcare services near their homes.
