Shimla, Nov. 22 -- Himachal Pradesh is witnessing a significant drop in both daytime and nighttime temperatures. Over the past 24 hours, maximum temperatures in several cities have fallen by up to 4degC. Kukumsarai recorded the highest drop, with the maximum temperature falling 4degC to 13.4degC, while the minimum temperature plunged to minus 2.8degC.
Tourist destination Kufri also saw a drop of 3.8degC to 12.0degC, Narkanda 2.8degC to 12.0degC, Manali 2.1degC to 16.1degC, and Shimla 1.9degC to 16.6degC. Similarly, night temperatures dropped below 5 degrees Celsius in 10 cities across the state, minus 3 in 3, and below 10 degrees Celsius in 27 towns.
