Shimla, April 24 -- In a relief, Congress Sewa Dal spokesperson Yudh Chand Bains and his son Harish were granted regular bail today by the Himachal Pradesh High Court in the high-profile Kangra Cooperative Bank (KCC) loan case.
Justice Rakesh Kainthla confirmed the interim protection granted earlier, marking a major setback for the state's Congress government that had initiated the prosecution against its important leader of Mandi district.
