Shimla, June 6 -- Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu today paid a courtesy visit to Vice-President of India Jagdeep Dhankhar at the Raj Bhavan in Shimla.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister honoured the Vice-President with a traditional Himachali cap and shawl, along with a memento symbolising the State's cultural pride.
He also presented locally crafted products made by women's self-help groups under the National Rural Livelihood Mission, reflecting Himachal Pradesh's commitment to preserving its heritage while promoting economic empowerment at the grassroots level.
The interaction between the two leaders was cordial and focused on a range of development-related issues concerning Himachal Pradesh.
