Shimla, Feb. 22 -- Himachal Police have arrested 96 habitual and organised drug traffickers under a comprehensive anti Chitta drive launched against drug trafficking in the state during last two years.

A spokesperson for the Himachal Pradesh Police Department stated here today that the police are effectively implementing the provisions of the Public Interest Litigation (PIT) and NDPS Acts, carrying out comprehensive and coordinated action against organized drug trafficking under the statewide anti-Chitta campaign launched by Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu.
