Shimla, Feb. 18 -- Higher altitude areas of Himachal Pradesh are likely to witness fresh snowfall over the next 24 hours as active Western Disturbances influence the region, while light to moderate cloud cover persists across several districts and isolated pockets have reported light drizzle.

The District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), Lahaul & Spiti, has issued an advisory urging residents and travellers to exercise caution, particularly in snow-bound and high mountain passes.
