Shimla, Feb. 12 -- Himachal Pradesh witnessed a predominantly dry weather pattern across most regions, with snowfall confined to the high-altitude areas of Lahaul-Spiti and Kinnaur districts.

While the state saw relief from the cold wave in many areas, the higher reaches continued to face challenging winter conditions, particularly in Lahaul-Spiti, where heavy snowfall created hazardous travel conditions.

Temperatures across the state varied significantly, with lower regions experiencing normal to above-normal temperatures, while higher altitudes remained in the grip of winter.
