Patna, Nov. 10 -- Jan Suraaj founder Prashant Kishor on Sunday dubbed the high voter turnout in the first phase of the Bihar assembly elections as "a strong signal of change of regime" in Bihar.
Kishor told media persons that 65.08 percent polling in the first phase of Bihar assembly elections on November 6, was a historic event in the democratic history of the state. It was a strong indication of the fact that people of Bihar had voted for "change of regime" in the state, he noted.
