Hardoi, Oct. 15 -- A high-tension electric wire of 11,000 KV fell within the premises of the Narsingh Bhagwan temple during last evening prayers in Hardoi, killing priest's son. Devotees were offering prayers and distributing prasad when the incident occurred, causing chaos and panic among those present, police said today.

According to eyewitnesses, sudden sparking was noticed in the electric lines, followed by a loud noise, after which the wire snapped and crashed down into the temple area. Tragically, the priest's son died on the spot due to electrocution, while two other individuals sustained severe burns.
